Silverback Instructor Development and Train The Trainer Course

• This course covers a review of basic instructional skills including familiarity with the materials provided to instructors.

  This course provides more opportunities for practice delivering courses together with material in the subject matter that students expect to receive.

  The course will assist you in the following ways:

• Enhance your overall ability to deliver training materials and instruction to your students.
• Develop your teaching and instructor knowledge and skills.
• Improve your personal self-confidence as an instructor.
• Learn to step outside your comfort zone and actively think about the ways you can apply what you learn in the virtual training environment.

• You only get out what you put in, so be a dedicated learn to get attendees to interact and participate.

• Students get out of a training course what they put into it. You will acquire only those skills, abilities, and knowledge that you strive to achieve and perfect.

Our instructional goal is to provide the students the necessary knowledge, skills to create a training plan as well as implement criteria based adult learning. Upon completion of this instruction, the student will be able to successfully pass a written exam. Our objective is that all attendees achieve at least 85% on the final exam.
